Chemical cure tire patch is already 40-50% Vulcanzied and the cushion gum already in heat cured machine process
Dual cure Tire Patch is completely none vulcanzied and the cusion gum is unvulcanized

How long can a tire patch lasting after repair?

How long does Tire Patch take to cure?
The majority of tire patches take 5 to 15 minutes to cure.
Temperature affects cure speed: Higher temperatures hasten curing.
High levels of moisture can cause bonding to be delayed.
Patch size: More extensive repairs might require more time.
