Step 1: Clean the Tire Surface
Pre-clean the inner liner with Pre-Buff Cleaner rubber cleaner. Use a lint-free cloth to remove contaminants.

Step 2: Mark and Buff the Repair Area
Mark the area according to the size of the patch and buff the repair area using a low-speed buffer with a clean buffing rasp.

Step 3: Apply Vulcanizing Cement
Remove buffing dust, apply Rubber Cement GRC to the buffed surface, and allow it to dry.

Step 4: Position the Repair Patch
Remove the protective film, align the patch over the injury, and press the center firmly.

Step 5: Roll the Patch Firmly
Stitch the repair unit from the center outward and continue rolling until the repair is fully pressed.

Step 6: Finish and Inspect the Repair
Remove the clear film, apply white powder, inflate the tube, and perform the final adhesion check.
